Gifting a Subscription to UP Faith & Family

Looking for a meaningful and family-friendly gift? A subscription to UP Faith & Family is a great way to share uplifting entertainment, inspiring movies, exclusive originals, and wholesome series with friends and loved ones.

While we do not currently offer digital or physical gift cards, there are still two simple ways you can gift a subscription.

Option 1: Purchase the Subscription Using Your Email Address

This option works best if you would like to surprise someone with access to the service or manage the setup yourself first.

How It Works

1. Visit UP Faith & Family and create a new subscription using your own email address.
2. Complete the sign-up process and allow the first payment to process successfully.
3. Once you’ve notified the recipient about the gift, contact our Customer Support team.
4. We can then help:
   • Update the account to the recipient’s email address
   • Remove your payment method from the account

Important Notes

• Your email address cannot already be associated with an active UP Faith & Family subscription.
• We recommend contacting support after the initial billing has completed.
• Once the email address is updated, the recipient will be able to log in using their own email credentials.

Option 2: Sign Up Using the Recipient’s Email Address

This is the easiest option if you already know the recipient’s email address and would like them to have immediate access.

How It Works

1. Go to UP Faith & Family.
2. Create the subscription using the recipient’s email address during sign-up.
3. Enter your payment information to complete the purchase.
4. The recipient can then log in and begin streaming right away.

Helpful Tip

If you choose this option, you may want to let the recipient know to watch for a welcome or account-related email from UP Faith & Family.
