You can manage or unsubscribe from UP Faith & Family emails at any time using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Unsubscribe from an Email

1. Open any email you’ve received from us
2. Scroll to the bottom of the message
3. Locate the line that says:
   “Too much? Click here to unsubscribe from these emails”
4. Click “here”
5. On the next page, click the Unsubscribe button to confirm

Option 2: Manage Email Preferences in the Customer Portal

1. Go to the Customer Portal: https://subscriptions.upentertainment.com/
2. Enter your email address and select Continue
3. Check your inbox for your secure login link
4. Open the link to access your Customer Portal
5. Locate Email Preferences
6. Click Update next to Email Preferences
7. Toggle on/off the types of emails you want to receive
8. Click Save Preferences

Important Notes

• It may take a short time for changes to take effect
• You may still receive essential account or billing emails, even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails
