You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Cancel Through the Customer Portal

1. Go to your Customer Portal login page.
2. Enter your email address and select Continue.
3. Check your inbox for an email with your secure login link.
4. Open the link to access your Customer Portal.
5. Select Manage Subscription.
6. Toggle off (slide) the subscription you would like to cancel.

Option 2: Cancel by Phone

You can also cancel your subscription using our automated phone system:

• Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation
