Pausing your subscription allows you to temporarily stop your service without fully canceling. This is a great option if you plan to return but don’t need access for a short time.

What Happens When You Pause

• Your subscription is paused for 30 days
• Billing is temporarily stopped during the pause period
• You will not have access to content while paused
• Your subscription will automatically resume after 30 days
• You will be charged immediately upon reactivation

If you choose to pause again after your subscription resumes:

• A charge will be processed first
• The new 30-day pause will begin after that billing cycle starts

How to Pause Your Subscription

1. Go to the Customer Portal: https://subscriptions.upentertainment.com/
2. Enter your email address and select Continue
3. Check your inbox for your secure login link
4. Open the link to access your Customer Portal
5. Select Manage Subscriptions
6. Locate the subscription you want to pause
7. Toggle the subscription off
8. When prompted, click Pause My Subscription

You will see confirmation details outlining your pause period and when your subscription will resume.

Important Notes

• Pausing is only available for website subscriptions
• Access to content is unavailable during the pause period
• Your subscription will automatically restart unless canceled
