Access the Customer Portal
To get started, visit: https://subscriptions.upentertainment.com/
- Enter your email address and select Continue
- Check your inbox for your secure login link
- Click the link to access your Customer Portal
What You Can Do in the Customer Portal
Once logged in, you can manage your account and subscription, including:
- Add or remove subscriptions
- Switch between monthly and yearly plans
- Update your payment method
- Manage your subscription settings
- Access basic troubleshooting options
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you receive an error after entering your email address on the portal login page, it may mean:
- You signed up using a different email address, or
- You did not subscribe directly through UP Faith & Family
Subscribed Through Another Provider?
If you did not sign up directly through our website, your subscription is managed by a third party (such as Apple, Google, Roku, or Amazon).
