You can easily update your payment method at any time through your Customer Portal.

Update Your Payment Method

1. Go to the Customer Portal
2. Enter your email address and select Continue
3. Check your inbox for your secure login link
4. Open the link to access your Customer Portal
5. Select Manage Payment Method
6. Click Add New Payment Method
7. Enter your new card details and select Add
8. Choose whether to set the new card as your Primary or Backup payment method
9. Click Update to save your changes

Important Notes

• Your Primary payment method will be used for all future charges
• Backup payment methods may be used if your primary method fails
• Be sure your payment details are up to date to avoid any interruption in service
