If you’ve canceled your subscription but would like to start watching again, you can easily resubscribe at any time-even before your current access ends.

How to Reactivate Your Subscription

1. Go to the Customer Portal: https://subscriptions.upentertainment.com/
2. Enter your email address and select Continue
3. Check your inbox for your secure login link
4. Open the link to access your Customer Portal

5. Select Manage Subscriptions
6. Locate the subscription you want to reactivate
7. Move the toggle to the right (it will turn blue)
8. Click Save Changes in the blue banner

What Happens Next

• Your subscription will be reactivated immediately
• Billing will resume based on your subscription plan
• You’ll regain access to all available content

Important Notes

• You can resubscribe even if your previous cancellation date is in the future
• If your subscription has already ended, reactivating will start a new billing cycle
• Be sure your payment method is up to date to avoid any issues
