Note: Website subscriptions are the only subscriptions that UP Faith & Family can refund directly.
Important Notes
- Refund eligibility is determined by the platform where you subscribed/Terms of Service
- UP Faith & Family cannot issue refunds for subscriptions billed through Apple, Google, Roku, or Amazon
- Processing times may vary depending on the provider
