This guide is for customers who want to subscribe to UP Faith & Family directly through the app on an Amazon Fire TV device.

This is not the same as subscribing through Amazon Prime Video Channels.

Before You Begin

• You must have an active Amazon account signed in on your Fire TV device.
• Your Amazon account must have a valid payment method on file.
• Your Fire TV device must be connected to the internet.

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Download the UP Faith & Family App on Fire TV

1. From the Fire TV home screen, select Find
2. Choose Search
3. Type UP Faith & Family
4. Select the app
5. Choose Download or Get

2. Open the App

Once installed:

1. Open the UP Faith & Family app
2. Select Start Free Trial or Subscribe

3. Create an Account (If Needed)

If you do not already have a UP Faith & Family account, you will be prompted to:

• Enter your email address
• Create a password

This creates your UP Faith & Family login credentials.

4. Choose Your Subscription Plan

Select your preferred billing option:

• Monthly
• Annual (when available)

5. Authorize Through Amazon

You will be prompted to confirm the purchase using your Amazon account credentials connected to your Fire TV.

Once authorized:

• Your subscription will activate immediately.
• Billing will be processed through your Amazon account.

Important: Promo Code Notice

⚠️ Promo codes cannot be applied to subscriptions purchased through the Amazon Fire TV app.

If you have a promo code, you must subscribe directly through our website instead of through the Fire TV app.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

If you subscribed through the Amazon Fire TV app, your subscription must be managed through your Amazon account, not through UP Faith & Family directly.

To:

• Update payment information
• Cancel your subscription
• View billing history

Log into your Amazon account and manage your subscriptions under Memberships & Subscriptions.
