Upcoming Changes to Billing Statements & Invoicing Effective October 9, 2025
We’ve made updates to improve how charges from UP Entertainment appear on your bank or credit card statements. These changes are designed to make billing clearer and easier to understand.
Updated Statement Descriptors
Beginning October 9, 2025, the description of charges on your bank or credit card statement will be updated to more clearly reflect your subscription.
Depending on your subscription, you will see a descriptor that better identifies the service you are being billed for.
What This Means for You
- Charges will be easier to recognize
- Reduced confusion when reviewing your statement
- Clearer connection between your subscription and the charge

Consolidated Invoicing
If you are subscribed to multiple UP Entertainment streaming channels, you may have previously seen separate charges for each subscription.
Starting October 9, 2025:
- All subscriptions will be combined into a single charge
- You will receive one consolidated billing charge from UP Entertainment
Will I Still See My Individual Subscriptions?
Yes! Your invoice will still include:
- A breakdown of each individual subscription
- Clear details for your records and reference
Important Notes
- This change only affects how charges appear—not the cost of your subscription(s)
- Billing cycles and renewal dates will remain the same
- You may notice updated wording on your bank or credit card statement
