"Code Already Redeemed" Error
If you’re seeing a “Code already redeemed” error, it typically means the promo code has already been successfully used.
Why Am I Seeing This Message?
This message usually appears when:
- You have already clicked the redemption link
- You previously entered your email address to activate the code
- The code has already been applied to your account
Promo codes can only be redeemed once, so attempting to use the same code again will trigger this error.
What Should You Do Next?
If you have already redeemed your promo code:
- Check your inbox for a separate confirmation email
- This email will include your access link to start watching UP Faith & Family
