You can easily access a copy of your invoice or receipt at any time through your Customer Portal.

Access Your Billing History

1. Go to the Customer Portal: https://subscriptions.upentertainment.com/
2. Enter the email address you used when you signed up and select Continue
3. Check your inbox for your secure login link
4. Open the link to access your Customer Portal
5. Navigate to Billing History
6. Click View Billing History

Download Your Receipt

• You will see a list of your past charges
• Click the blue invoice link next to the transaction you need

Your receipt will either:

• Download as a PDF (check your downloads folder), or
• Open in a new tab on your phone or computer

Important Notes

• Receipts are available for both monthly and annual subscriptions
• Only website subscriptions can be accessed through the Customer Portal
• If you subscribed through Apple, Google, Roku, or Amazon, receipts are provided directly by those platforms
