Pausing your subscription allows you to temporarily suspend your service for 30 days without fully canceling it. During the pause period, billing is halted, and access to content will be unavailable. This option is ideal for those who may not need the service for a short time but plan to return in the future.

Once the pause period ends, your subscription will automatically resume and you will be charged immediately. If needed, you can pause your subscription again for another 30 days, but the charge will be processed before the new pause takes effect.

Steps to Pause Your Subscription

1. Login to the customer portal
2. Click on "Manage Subscriptions"
3. Click the toggle button next to the subscription you want to pause

   

4. You will see a prompt appear asking if you would like to pause.  Click "Pause My Subscription."  The details around your access and re-subscription will be visible.
