You can remove a saved credit or debit card from your account at any time through your Customer Portal.

Remove Your Payment Method

1. Go to the Customer Portal: https://subscriptions.upentertainment.com/
2. Enter your email address and select Continue
3. Check your inbox for your secure login link
4. Open the link to access your Customer Portal
5. Select Manage Payment Method
6. Locate the card you want to remove
7. Click the trash icon next to that payment method
8. Select Remove Payment Method
9. Click Confirm

Important Notes

• You must have at least one valid payment method on file if you have an active subscription
• If your current card is set as Primary, you may need to add a new payment method before removing it
• Removing a payment method does not cancel your subscription
