You can upgrade your subscription from monthly to annual at any time through your Customer Portal.

Upgrade Your Subscription

1. Go to the Customer Portal: https://subscriptions.upentertainment.com/
2. Enter your email address and select Continue
3. Check your inbox for your secure login link
4. Open the link to access your Customer Portal
5. Select Manage Subscriptions

6. Click + Upgrade next to your current subscription
7. Choose the Annual plan
8. Click Save Changes

What Happens When You Upgrade?

• Your subscription will switch to the annual plan
• Billing will update based on the new plan
• You’ll continue to have uninterrupted access to content

Important Notes

• Upgrades are available for website subscriptions only
• Changes may take effect immediately or at your next billing cycle, depending on your account
• Be sure your payment method is up to date before upgrading
