The only subscriptions you can manage in +play are those you have bought from +play. However, you can explore our content provider page if you choose to do so.
If you want to manage your existing UP Faith & Family subscription outside of Verizon through +play, you can:
- Cancel your existing subscription directly with the content provider.
- Wait to re-subscribe through +play until the end of the original subscription's billing cycle. This will help avoid duplicate charges for the service.
- Resubscribe through +play.
- Activate service/create an account with the provider (note: may require you to create a new username and password).
