How to Update Your Credit or Debit Card
You can easily update your payment method at any time through your Customer Portal.
Update Your Payment Method
- Go to the Customer Portal
- Enter your email address and select Continue
- Check your inbox for your secure login link
- Open the link to access your Customer Portal
- Select Manage Payment Method
- Click Add New Payment Method
- Enter your new card details and select Add
- Choose whether to set the new card as your Primary or Backup payment method
- Click Update to save your changes
Important Notes
- Your Primary payment method will be used for all future charges
- Backup payment methods may be used if your primary method fails
- Be sure your payment details are up to date to avoid any interruption in service
