If you've played around with these controls and still cannot hear anything, you can also try the following:
● Refresh your browser
● Make sure your UP Faith & Family app is updated to the latest version
● X out of your browser and open up a new session
● If you have any browser extensions, try disabling them to see if that fixes the issue
● Try switching to a different browser if you have one for testing purposes
● Restart your device
