Reset Your Password

1. Go to the login page: https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/login
2. Enter your email address and click Next
3. Under the password field, select Reset your password
4. Enter your email address and click Reset Password
5. Check your inbox for the password reset email
6. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password

• Make sure you are logged out before attempting to reset your password
• If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder
