1. Add support@vhx.tv to your contacts to help prevent emails from going to spam.
2. Go to: https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/login
3. Enter your email address and submit the form.
4. Check your inbox for the login email.
5. Click the sign-in link in the email to instantly access your account.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to watch all your subscribed or purchased UP Faith & Family content.

Note: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Log In with a Password

If you prefer using a password, you can log in that way as well:

1. Go to: https://upfaithandfamily.com/sign-up/
2. Enter your email address.
3. On the next screen, enter your password.
4. Click Log In.

Setting or Resetting Your Password

• First-time users: You’ll be prompted to create a password after signing up.
• Forgot your password or having trouble logging in?
  You can reset your password directly from the login page, or use the email sign-in link method for quick access without a password.
