If you subscribed to UP Faith & Family through your Amazon Fire TV device, your subscription is managed directly by Amazon. This means cancellations must be completed through your Amazon account.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Go to Amazon’s Memberships & Subscriptions page on a web browser: https://www.amazon.com/mc
2. Sign in to your Amazon account (if prompted).
3. Locate your UP Faith & Family subscription.
4. Select Manage Subscription.
5. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

Important Notes

• Subscriptions made through Amazon cannot be canceled from the UP Faith & Family website or app.
• You’ll continue to have access to your subscription through the end of your current billing period after canceling.
• If you don’t see your subscription listed, make sure you’re signed in with the correct Amazon account used to subscribe.
