If you subscribed to UP Faith & Family through Amazon Prime Video, you’ll need to access and watch your content directly through Prime Video.

On Your TV or Streaming Device

1. Download and install the Amazon Prime Video app.
2. Open the app and sign in with your Amazon account credentials.
3. Navigate to Subscriptions or Channels.
4. Select UP Faith & Family.
5. Choose a title and start watching.

On Mobile (Phone or Tablet)

1. Download the Amazon Prime Video app from your device’s app store.
2. Open the app and sign in with your Amazon account.
3. Tap Subscriptions or Channels.
4. Select UP Faith & Family to browse and watch content.

On a Computer (Web Browser)

1. Go to Amazon.com.
2. Open the menu (three lines next to “All”) in the top-left corner.
3. Select Prime Video, then choose Prime Video again from the submenu.
4. On the Prime Video page, find and select UP Faith & Family under your channels.
5. Choose a title and begin watching.

Important Notes

• You must be logged into the same Amazon account used to purchase your UP Faith & Family subscription.
• Content is only accessible through Amazon Prime Video, not the UP Faith & Family app or website when billed through Amazon.
