How to Identify Who You Subscribed Through
If you’re unsure who is billing your UP Faith & Family subscription, you can identify your billing provider by checking your bank statement or sign-up confirmation email. This will help you know where to manage, update, or cancel your subscription.
Step 1: Check Your Bank Statement
If your statement shows any of the following descriptors, your subscription is billed directly by UP Entertainment:
- UP ENT UPFF
- UP*ENT
- UP ENT UP&F
- UP ENT GTV
- UP ENT MINNO
- UP Entertainment
What to Do Next
- Manage your subscription through the Customer Portal: https://subscriptions.upentertainment.com/
- Or contact our support team for assistance
Step 2: Look for Other Billing Providers
Your bank statement may also show one of the following, indicating a third-party provider:
| Bank Statement Code | Provider |
|---|---|
| YT | YouTube |
| XTV | Xumo (Cable Provider) |
| Apple | Apple App Store / Apple TV |
| Google Play | |
| Roku | Roku Channel / Roku App |
| Amazon | Amazon Prime Video / Fire TV |
If you see one of these, your subscription is managed directly through that provider.
Step 3: Still Not Sure?
If you’re unable to identify the charge:
- Search your email for a subscription confirmation message
- Check any streaming devices you may have used to sign up (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, etc.)
- Contact your bank or card provider for more details about the charge
- Reach out to our support team for help
Why This Matters
Knowing who bills your subscription helps you:
- Update your payment method
- Cancel or modify your subscription
