Requesting a Refund for Apple/iOS Subscriptions
If you subscribed to UP Faith & Family through Apple/iOS, Apple manages the billing for your subscription. Because of this, refunds must be requested directly through Apple.
UP Faith & Family Support does not have access to Apple’s billing system and cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.
How to Request a Refund from Apple
Visit Apple’s Refund Request Page.
Sign in with the Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription.
Locate the UP Faith & Family subscription charge.
Select the appropriate reason for your request and submit it.
Apple will review your request and notify you once a decision has been made.
Important Notes
Refund approvals are determined solely by Apple’s App Store policies.
Processing times may vary depending on Apple’s review process.
If you need to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, you will also need to do so through your Apple account.
