How do I get an invoice or receipt of my purchase/subscription?
If you ever need a copy of your subscription charge or receipt — whether you pay monthly or once a year — just follow these simple steps:
Go to the Customer Portal (this is the website where you manage your subscription).
Type in the email address you used when you signed up.
You will receive an email with a link to login
Once you’re signed in, look for a section called “Billing History.” Click on “View Billing History.”
You’ll see a list of your past charges — click on the blue invoice link next to the date you want.

Your receipt will either:
download as a PDF file (check your downloads folder), or
open in a new tab on your phone or computer.
