How do I get a refund?
Refunds can only be issued through the location you originally subscribed to for your UP Faith & Family subscription.
If you signed up on the iOS app or Apple TV and would like a refund:
- You have to request it through Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
If you signed up on the Android app or Android TV and would like a refund:
- You have to request it through the Play Store: https://support.google.com/googleplay/contact/play_request_refund_apps
If you signed up on the Roku UP Faith & Family app and would like a refund:
- You have to request it through Roku: https://support.roku.com/contactus
If you signed up on the web and would like a refund:
- Contact us and we will review your request. This is the only subscription type our support team is capable of refunding: support@upentertainment.zendesk.com
