Customer Portal Error: Invalid Code.
If you're receiving an "Invalid Code" message when trying to log in to your customer portal, please follow the steps below to ensure you're entering the emailed code correctly.
For iOS Users (iPhone):
Open Safari on your phone.
Enter your email address and tap Continue.
Close Safari and open your Email app where the login code was sent.
Locate the email and click on the
For Android Users (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.):
Open Google on your phone.
Enter your email address and tap Continue.
Close Google and open your Email app.

Locate the email with your login code and either:
Press and hold the code to bring up the Copy option and select it, or
Write down the code manually.
After copying or noting the code, close the email app.
Reopen Google to enter the requested code.
Tap and hold one of the code boxes and select Paste, or manually enter the code.
Tap Continue to complete login and access your portal.
Computer Browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari):
Open your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).
Enter your email address and click Continue.
You will receive an email with a link to login
