Accessing the Customer Portal
You can access the customer portal by going to this website: https://subscriptions.upentertainment.com/
Once you are logged in you will be able to do the following actions:
- Manage your subscription including:
- Adding another streaming channel
- Modifying to yearly or monthly
- Removing a streaming channel
- Updating your payment method
Troubleshooting
If you receive an error after entering you email address on the main portal page (see below), this indicates that either you signed up using a different email address or you did not sign up directly with UP Faith & Family.
