"Invalid Code" Error When Logging Into the Customer Portal
If you’re receiving an “Invalid Code” message when trying to log in to your Customer Portal, it usually means the login code was entered incorrectly or expired.
Follow the steps below based on your device to ensure you’re entering the code correctly.
For iPhone (iOS Users)
- Open Safari on your phone
- Go to: https://subscriptions.upentertainment.com/
- Enter your email address and tap Continue
- Close Safari and open your Email app
- Locate the email with your login code
- Return to Safari and carefully enter the code exactly as shown
- Tap Continue to log in
For Android Devices (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.)
- Open your browser (Chrome or Google)
- Go to: https://subscriptions.upentertainment.com/
- Enter your email address and tap Continue
- Close your browser and open your Email app
- Locate the email with your login code
- Copy the code by pressing and holding it, or write it down
- Return to your browser
- Paste or manually enter the code into the provided fields
- Tap Continue to log in
For Computer Browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
- Open your preferred browser
- Go to: https://subscriptions.upentertainment.com/
- Enter your email address and click Continue
- Check your email for your secure login link
- Click the link in the email to access your Customer Portal
