You can unsubscribe UP Faith & Family from your Cox account in a few ways:

Option 1: Using Voice Command

1. Press the voice button on your Contour remote.

2. Say “Apps” or “Networks.”

3. Once in the Apps/Networks section, say “UP Faith & Family” and open the app.

4. Use the arrow buttons to highlight Manage My Subscriptions and press OK.

5. Select Unsubscribe and press OK.

6. A pop-up window will confirm that your cancellation was successful.

Option 2: Using the Apps Menu

1. Press the Contour button on your remote.

2. From the Menu, use the arrow buttons to highlight Apps and press OK.

3. From the Applications screen, navigate to UP Faith & Family.

4. Press OK.

5. Highlight Manage My Subscriptions and press OK.

6. Select Unsubscribe and press OK.

7. A confirmation pop-up will appear once the cancellation is complete.

Option 3: Using the Network Menu

1. Press the Contour button on your remote.

2. From the Menu, use the arrow buttons to highlight On Demand and press OK.

3. From the On Demand screen, highlight Networks and press OK.

4. Navigate to UP Faith & Family and press OK.

5. Highlight Manage My Subscriptions and press OK.

6. Select Unsubscribe and press OK.

7. A pop-up window will confirm that your cancellation was successful.
