How do I Unsubscribe /Remove UP Faith & Family from my Cox on demand?
You can unsubscribe UP Faith & Family from your Cox account in a few ways:
Option 1: Using Voice Command

Press the voice button on your Contour remote.

Say “Apps” or “Networks.”

Once in the Apps/Networks section, say “UP Faith & Family” and open the app.

Use the arrow buttons to highlight Manage My Subscriptions and press OK.

Select Unsubscribe and press OK.

A pop-up window will confirm that your cancellation was successful.
Option 2: Using the Apps Menu

Press the Contour button on your remote.

From the Menu, use the arrow buttons to highlight Apps and press OK.

From the Applications screen, navigate to UP Faith & Family.

Press OK.
