If your UP Faith & Family subscription is billed through Amazon Prime Video, you’ll need to update your payment details directly through your Amazon account.

Update Your Payment Method

1. Go to Amazon.com and sign in to your account.
2. Navigate to Your Account.
3. Select Your Payments.
4. Choose one of the following options:
   • Add a payment method: Select the option to add a new card or payment type.
   • Edit or remove a payment method: Click the dropdown arrow next to an existing payment method and select Edit or Remove.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to save your changes.

Important Notes

• Updates to your payment method will apply to your active subscriptions, including UP Faith & Family billed through Amazon.
• Make sure your default payment method is valid to avoid any interruptions to your subscription.
