We’re sorry to see you go and appreciate the time you’ve spent with UP Faith & Family. If your subscription is billed through Amazon Prime Video, you can cancel it directly through your Amazon account using the steps below.

On a Smart TV or Streaming Device

1. Open the Amazon Prime Video app.
2. Navigate to Subscriptions or Channels.
3. Locate UP Faith & Family.
4. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.

On Mobile (Phone or Tablet)

1. Open the Amazon Prime Video app.
2. Tap Subscriptions or Channels.
3. Find UP Faith & Family.
4. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.

On a Computer (Web Browser)

1. Go to Amazon.com.
2. Open the menu (three lines next to “All”) in the top-left corner.
3. Select Your Account.
4. Scroll to Memberships & Subscriptions.
5. Click Other Subscriptions.
6. Locate UP Faith & Family and select Cancel Your Subscription.

Important Notes

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• After canceling, you will not be billed again unless you resubscribe.
• You must cancel through Amazon if you subscribed there—cancellations cannot be processed through the UP Faith & Family app or website.
