How to Subscribe to UP Faith & Family Through Amazon Prime Video

If you would like to subscribe through Amazon Prime Video Channels, you can watch UP Faith & Family using the Prime Video app on your TV, mobile device, or computer.

 

⚠️ Please note:

This is a Channel Add-On subscription through Amazon, not a direct subscription with UP Faith & Family. Billing and account management will be handled by Amazon.


Subscribing to the Channel

  • On a Smart TV
    1. Open the Amazon Prime Video app.
    2. Select the Search icon (magnifying glass).
    3. Type UP Faith & Family and select the channel when it appears.
    4. Choose More Details.
    5. Select Subscribe (or Join).
    6. Confirm your payment method.
    7. Begin watching immediately within the Prime Video app.
       
  • On a Mobile Device (Phone or Tablet)
    1. Open the Amazon Prime Video app.
    2. Tap the Search icon.
    3. Search for UP Faith & Family.
    4. Select the channel icon.
    5. Tap Subscribe.
    6. Select Get Started.
    7. Confirm payment and select Start UP Faith & Family.
    8. Stream directly inside the Prime Video app.
     
  • On a Computer
  1. Visit Amazon.com.
  2. Select Prime Video from the top navigation.
  3. Use the search bar to find UP Faith & Family.
  4. Select the channel icon.
  5. Click More Details.
  6. Choose Subscribe.
  7. Confirm payment and begin watching.


Managing Your Subscription

Because this subscription is through Amazon Prime Video Channels:
  • Billing
  • Cancellations
  • Refund requests
  • Account access issues
Must be handled directly through Amazon.
