Step 1: How to Subscribe

• Existing Frndly TV Customers:
  1. Go to your Frndly TV Settings page.
  2. Select Add next to UP Faith & Family under available add-ons.
  3. Confirm to start your 7-day free trial.

      

• New Frndly TV Customers:
  1. Create a Frndly TV account at frndlytv.com.
  2. Select your base plan, then select UP Faith & Family as an add-on during checkout to start your free trial.

Step 2: How to Access & Watch

1. Log In: Open the Frndly TV app (or visit the website) and sign in using your Frndly TV credentials.
2. Navigate to Add-Ons: Click or tap the Add-Ons tab at the top of the screen.
3. Select UP Faith & Family: Click on UP Faith & Family under your active add-ons to browse, search, and stream the entire library on demand.

Important Account & Login Details

• In-App Viewing Only: Because your add-on is managed through Frndly TV, all content must be viewed inside the Frndly TV app or website.
• Separate Credentials: You cannot use your Frndly TV login to sign into the standalone UP Faith & Family app or upfaithandfamily.com (and standalone UP Faith & Family logins cannot be used on Frndly TV).
