Installing, Logging In, and Watching

Before installing the app, make sure you have an active UP Faith & Family subscription.

To install and sign in on your Samsung Tizen TV:

1. Turn on your Samsung TV.
   (Please review the compatible device list below to confirm your TV is supported.)
2. Open the Search function on your TV.
3. Search for the UP Faith & Family app and install it.
4. Once installed, open the app and select Sign In.
5. An activation code will appear on your TV screen.
6. On a computer or mobile device, visit:
   my.upfaithandfamily.com/activate
7. Sign in to your account (if prompted) and enter the activation code displayed on your TV.
8. Once activated, the app will refresh automatically and you can begin streaming.

Compatible Samsung Tizen TV Devices

The UP Faith & Family app is compatible with the following Samsung Tizen TV model groups:

Known Limitations

Some Samsung Tizen TV models may experience choppy playback when streaming videos with 23.976 FPS sources.

Affected models include:

• 2023: 23TV_STANDARD1, 23TV_BASIC1, 23TV_BASIC2
• 2022: 22TV_STANDARD1, 22TV_BASIC1, 22TV_BASIC3
• 2021: 21TV_STANDARD1, 21TV_BASIC1
• 2020: 20TV_STANDARD, 20TV_BASIC1

Adding Titles to “My List”

The My List feature can be found under the Library section at the top of the app.

To add a title to My List:

1. Navigate to the title you want to save.
2. Press and hold the title on your remote.
3. A pop-up window will appear with the option to add the title to My List.
