For select titles, you may be able to download subtitle files (SRT) directly from the video page.

Download Subtitles

1. Go to the video page: https://my.upfaithandfamily.com/
2. Navigate to the title you want to watch
3. Look for the Subtitle Downloads dropdown (if available)
4. Click the dropdown and select your preferred language
5. The subtitle file (SRT) will download to your device

How to Use Downloaded Subtitles

• Open your video file using a compatible video player (such as VLC or similar)
• Load the downloaded .SRT file into the player
• Subtitles will display during playback

Important Notes

• Subtitle downloads are only available for select content
• Available languages may vary by title
• If you do not see the Subtitle Downloads option, downloads may not be available for that video
