How to Cancel Your UP Faith & Family Subscription on Apple TV
If you subscribed to UP Faith & Family through the Apple TV or tvOS app, your subscription is managed directly by Apple. This means cancellations must be completed through your Apple account settings.
Canceling on iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name/Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Locate and tap your UP Faith & Family subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
Note:
You may need to scroll down to find the cancel option.
If you do not see a cancel button or see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been canceled.
Canceling on Mac
- Open the App Store app.
- Click your name in the bottom-left corner.
(If you are not signed in, select Sign In first.) - Click Account Settings.
- Scroll down to the Subscriptions section and select Manage.
- Find your UP Faith & Family subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Through a Web Browser
- Visit Apple TV online: Apple TV Account Management
- Sign in using your Apple ID.
- Click your Account icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll to the Subscriptions section and click Manage.
- Locate your UP Faith & Family subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Important Information
- Subscriptions purchased through Apple cannot be canceled through the UP Faith & Family website or app.
- After canceling, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
- Billing and subscription management for Apple purchases are handled entirely by Apple.
