Watching on Your DISH TV

There are several ways to access UP Faith & Family directly through your DISH receiver:

Using the DISH Guide

1. Press the Guide button on your DISH remote.
2. Navigate to Channel 296.
3. Select the channel to begin browsing available UP Faith & Family content.

Using the On Demand Menu

1. Press the Home button on your remote.
2. Open the On Demand menu.
3. Select Browse by Channel.
4. Choose See More and locate UP Faith & Family.
5. Browse and select the title you'd like to watch.

Using Voice Search

UP Faith & Family subscriptions are platform-specific.

If you subscribed through UPFaithAndFamily.com or through one of our apps, that subscription does not include access through your DISH service.

To watch UP Faith & Family through DISH, you must have an active subscription purchased directly through DISH.

I'm Receiving an Error Message

If you receive an error message when attempting to watch content:

1. Confirm that your DISH subscription includes UP Faith & Family.
2. Verify that you are signed in to the correct DISH account.
3. Restart your receiver, app, or web browser.

4. Try accessing the content again after refreshing your connection.
