Please give these troubleshooting steps a try.
1. Restart your Apple TV device
2. Check to see if there are any available updates for the Apple TV device (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202716)
3. Check to see if there are any available updates for our application (Uninstall/reinstall)
4. Please try to log in again and use the UP Faith & Family app to see if you experience the same issue.

● The version of the software that the Apple TV device is running (found in Apple TV settings)
● The version of our application that is installed on your Apple TV device (found in the Settings tab of your application)
