You can make subscription changes through your My Account page. Begin by logging in to your account & selecting Change Subscription from the dashboard.
At the top of the Change Subscription page, it will detail your current subscriptions. Select the drop-down (Your Current Service) Extras to see what Extras are available.
- Choose +ADD to add an Extra to your subscription. The icon will change to a checkmark
- To remove an Extra, select the checkmark. It will be changed to say +ADD
- Once satisfied, scroll to the bottom of the page & select Review
Follow the on-screen instructions to review & confirm subscription changes.
If you’re adding Extras to your subscription, changes will take place immediately. When removing Extras, changes will take place at the end of your current billing cycle.
