Here are the new shows and movies coming to UP Faith & Family in October 2022.  We have a great lineup of uplifting and inspiring movies and series for October.  Mark your calendars!

10/6:

Hudson & Rex Season 2 - Episode 13 "In Pod We Trust"

• TV-PG. When the circumstances of a murder appear to mimic a contentious crime from twenty years earlier, Charlie and Rex must connect the past to the present while fending off a true crime podcaster.

10/7:

Touched by an Angel Season 3

• Three angels are sent to Earth to tell troubled people that God loves them.

Finding Love in San Antonio

• TV-PG. A successful Los Angeles TV chef is offered a new network series that will send her traveling around Europe, but her young daughter's heart is in San Antonio, Texas, and the restaurant where she got her start is struggling.

Wildflower

• TV-PG-V. A college student struggling with a painful childhood has a reccurring nightmare that compels her to confront her past and restore her faith.

Hudson & Rex Season 2 - Episode 14 "Tunnel Vision"

• TV-PG-L. Charlie and Rex head underground into an allegedly haunted mine after a crew member turns up dead during a horror film shoot.

10/14:

In His Father's Shoes

• TV-14. Devasted by the loss of his father, Clay Crosby puts on a pair of his father's wingtip shoes which magically take him back in time to experience his father's early life. As Clay gets to know his dad in the past, he gains an improved outlook on his own life, and, by changing the past, he wonders if it might be possible to create a better future. The Odyssey

• TV-PG-VS. Based on the epic tale, Odysseus leaves his wife and son for a 10 year siege of Troy.

Love's Last Resort

• TV-PG. When a woman runs into her ex and his fiancée on vacation, she recruits a handsome resort manager to pretend to be her boyfriend and make him jealous.

Hudson & Rex Season 2 - Episode 15  "Finger Foodie"

• TV-PG-L. Charlie and Rex investigate the long list of enemies surrounding a vitriolic celebrity chef after a finger turns up in his Beef Wellington.

10/21:

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea

• TV-PG-V. A young oceanographer becomes an unwillingly passenger on a futuristic submarine designed and run by a brilliant but eccentric scientist/recluse who plans to repopulate Atlantis.

G. Garvin Live! Season 2

• TV-PG. G. Garvin will take everyday ingredients that are easy to find from any pantry and turn them into great homemade decadent meals in minutes. Chef G will share recipes that will be smooth and easy for the novice cook and effortless for the culinary veteran. Mystery of Her

• TV-PG. After a near fatal car accident, a popular high school student loses her memory and gets a second chance at a more meaningful life.

The Engagement Plot

Hudson & Rex Season 2 - Episode 16 "Flare of the Dog"

• TV-PG-L. Charlie is unable to let a serial arsonist case rest, even when he is in the hospital with a broken leg; working from his bed, he hopes to identify the arsonist before he strikes again.

Believe
