Do you have an Android or Apple TV? You can download the UP Faith & Family app from the App Store or Google Play! 

Below are the devices we support:

Apple TV

Currently, a 4th generation Apple TV or higher is required to download the UP Faith & Family app.

Android TV

Not all Android TVs support the UP Faith & Family app. However, in general, the following TVs should support the UP Faith & Family app:

AirTV, Nvidia, Hisense, Philips, Sharp, Skyworth, Sony, and Xiaomi.

Other Smart TVs

If you have a Smart TV, such as Samsung, it may not be possible to log in or play the content from the built-in internet browser. In other words, it could work, but those browsers are not among our currently supported browsers. If you would like to try, here are the steps to watch UP Faith & Family on a Smart TV’s browser:

1. On your TV, open the internet browser and visit the UP Faith & Family site.
2. Enter your email address, submit, and you will be emailed a link.
3. On a separatedevice (i.e. another computer or mobile device), open your email inbox, open the login email, and click the LOGIN
4. Go back to your TV browser, and you should be logged in to watch.

If these steps do not work, then it is likely that your Smart TV will not be compatible. In this case, you can try connecting your computer or mobile device to your TV using an HDMI cord or casting via Chromecast or Airplay with Apple devices.

Note: At this time, we do not support Chromecast devices that some TVs have built in. While it may work, our player is not developed to support this, and we cannot troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
