Here are the new shows and movies coming to UP Faith & Family in March 2023.  We have a great lineup of uplifting and inspiring movies and series for March.  Mark your calendars!

March 2

Hudson & Rex Season 3 - Episode 3

• TV-PG. A mummified body is discovered in Newfoundland´s tundra; Charlie and Rex set off in search of a community of survivalists who may be harboring a murderer.

• TV-PG. In this musical adaptation of Beverly Lewis' beloved novels, two worlds collide when a young Amish girl discovers she was adopted by a wealthy family. As she seeks her birth mother, she must overcome the obstacles of a lost fiance and a crafty gold-digger who seeks the fortune of her birth mother.

Ties That Bind

• Experienced police detective Allison McLean is starting to realize how personal law enforcement can get. When an arrest warrant is issued for her brother, Tim, accused of aggravated assault, she and her partner, Devin, must arrest him. When Tim is convicted and imprisoned, his two teenage children are left on the brink of being sent into foster care. Allison doesn't want that to happen and does what she thinks is the right thing to do by welcoming her niece and nephew into her home -- to go along with the two she already has with husband Matt. Now with four teenagers under one roof, Allison and Matt's strength and patience are really tested. While Allison is out investigating crimes and bringing criminals to justice, the teens are experiencing the ups and downs of teenage life -- including love, anger and jealousy. Tim's kids also have to adjust to their new home and new school.

HBCU 101 Season 5

• TV-PG HBCU 101 is a thirty-minute show that focuses on inspirational stories from around the HBCU Universe. Viewers will hear from coaches, athletes, students and graduates of HBCUs who are living inspirational and transformative lives.

Heart of the Country

• TV-PG. With her husband jailed for Wall Street fraud, Faith leaves her life of luxury behind to return to rural North Carolina and the father and sister she left behind in this modern day parallel of the famous parable, "The Prodigal Son."

The Redemption of Henry Myers

• TV-PG-V. Henry Myers lives a hard life. After his latest heist goes wrong and his partners betray him and leave him for dead, Henry is surprised to find extraordinary kindness from a widow and her children. Soon he begins to question the choices he's made in his life. Just as things begin to make sense again, they take an interesting turn.

Hudson & Rex Season 3 - Episode 5

• TV-PG-V. The near poisoning of a wealthy socialite throws the team into a perilous investigation that puts Charlie, Rex, and even Jesse in harms way.

Carman: The Champion

• TV-14. Carman must enter the boxing ring once again. Even though the doctor has advised him against it, he picks up his gloves for one last fight, for his father, for his church, for his love, and for his life.

Dolphin Island

Hudson & Rex Season 3 - Episode 6

• TV-PG-D. A young woman is abducted from the very spot her friend was murdered two years earlier; Charlie and Rex race against time as they trail the suspects from the original investigation.

Me & You, Us, Forever

• TV-PG. A love story based in 1974 and 2004. A 47-year-old Christian man, on the other side of an unwanted divorce, reminisces about his old high school girlfriend from 30 years prior.

The Omega Code

• TV-14. A rabbi in Jerusalem develops software that can unlock prophecies in the Torah. He's murdered and the software stolen. A powerful man uses it to gain world domination.

Megiddo: The Omega Code 2

• TV-14. A Machiavellian leader is bent on amassing the armies of the world for the battle of Armageddon while calamities of Biblical proportions pummel the Earth. Megiddo is the Caine and Abel story of the two men enamored with the same woman, raised as brothers, who grew up to find themselves pitted against each other over the fate and souls of the entire world.

Star-Crossed Romance

• TV-PG. After a disagreement between her son and another student, single-mother Piper is teamed up with that student's handsome single-father to stage the school play, Romeo and Juliet. Piper must get past her ego, face her feelings, and figure out how to operate a hot-glue gun – all before opening night!

• TV-PG-V. Rex is on trial after his DNA is discovered at the scene of the murder of Donovan's former police informant.

Mitch Albom's The Five People You Meet in Heaven

• TV-PG. An elderly amusement park maintenance man is trapped in purgatory and the only way out is to confront five people from his past. Unfortunately, dark secrets from his service in the Philippines begin to haunt him.

The Ten Commandments

• TV-PG. The story of Moses, who against impossible odds, leads the Jews out of Egyptian slavery into perilous freedom.

The Cross

• TV-PG-D. Arthur Blessitt has been carrying a giant cross across all nations since 1968 for 40 years to bring the message of Jesus to the world. This documentary follows him as he tells his story and delves into what makes him do it.

Touched by an Angel Season 8

• TV-PG In this beloved drama series, three angels are sent to Earth to tell troubled people that God loves them and hasn't forgotten them.
